Wet hair & apply a small amount of cleanser to palm of hands and rub together. Gently massage into hair and scalp in circular patterns. Lather and then rinse thoroughly. Repeat for second application and wash out thoroughly.
I started using the strengthening products a while ago and the change in my hair has been incredibly good. I haven't felt my hair this soft and silky in a long time. Highly recommended. Completely worth the price.
