Was not moisturising ...Did not make my hair feel soft at all...The masque was not at all moisturising, felt no different to conditioner....I wish i tried the trial pack...wouldnt repurchase very disappointed
Hi Janice and thanks for your feedback and understand via a call yesterday. As discussed 5 pumps of the Reconstructive Masque is far too much product to use as we only recommend only pump of this product to perform as you need. Also only use this to replace the milk as a once a week treatment and dont use it straight after the conditioner. I hope this helps and you get a different result no using the products as intended.
I've been using the Micro silk serum (4) combined with the Reconstructive Masque (4) and all i can say is wow. I have extensions and it keeps them soft and silky as though they were brand new. I get so much more life out of them now. My hairdresser always comments about how amazing my extensions and hair feel. He's like " what are you using to keep them so amazingly soft and healthy?" I found these products from comments on fb and these are the first products that ive bought from recommendations that actually do what they claim to do. And finally something that smells luxurious too. And the best part is a little goes a long way so they last for ages! Definitely recommended for extensions as its hard finding products for extensions that are safe and actually work. Real hair and extensions- a game changer. 10/10.
I don't usually have good results after the first use of a product, especially with my hair. It is now very fine and fly away, breaks off a lot. I haven't been great about getting it coloured regularly and my dark brown hair was getting 'brassy' which annoyed me. I saw these products and wanted to try the serum, I picked the cool ice bundle so I could try out the shampoo and conditioner as I was just about to buy my regular from the store. So pleased I gave it a go, my hair feels stronger from the first wash, smells glorious and it hasn't been as 'fly away' as usual. I'm in Brissie, so humidity is always going to cause fly aways, but it has helped my hair look more wavy, rather than 'frizzy'. Very happy and will buy again.

Bought the travel size as a trial and oh my god my hair has never been softer! Even after 3 days after it’s washed it’s so soft and a lot more tame and frizz free! Will definitely be purchasing full sizes ❤️

I have used so many products and spent a lot of money, none giving me the results I hoped for. Usually I have very frizzy dry hair in a tropical climate. I have had nanoplasty and needed a product that wasn’t too heavy but provided the moisture to the ends. This product has not disappointed with amazing results from the start. I feel like I have been to the salon every time I wash my hair. I love the 4 step system with heat protection spray. I also got the elixir to add daily to dry hair which smells divine and never leaves my hair greasy or weighed down. I can’t recommend enough!

I love this for my dry hair doesnt weigh it down as its thin dont need much at all my hair gets greasy fast so have to be careful not to use too much great customer service quick postage
Very happy seems to soften & smooth my thick coarse frizzy long hair. About to put in a second order. I got the moisturising travel pack to try & its putting the moisture back in my hair & smoothing my frizzy hair.
So thank you I'll be buying the big pack this time.
I can't count how many products I have tried to use on my very, very fine hair. I decided to give Microtexx a go and ordered the samples. After just one use my hair felt healthier, thicker and softer at the same time. I usually use a volumising styling product but I don't need to use one now. I immediately ordered the full sized products which arrived so quickly. I am absolutely sold on all the aspects of this wonderful product.

Sorry to be a "debbie downer" but I don't like this product.
My hair is fairly straight, somewhat fine (but plenty of it), and I blow dry it once a week.
I've persisted with the texture spray for a few uses, but I don't like the feel of it in my hair and it doesn't give me the body and hold I was hoping for. A bit of root powder and the wet hairspray I've been using for years works much better. My Microtexx sits, wasted, in the cupboard :(
